As stated in previous reports it does not drop you off at the front doors of the Flamingo. We took the shuttle (Show Time) to and from the airport. In all honesty we have no complaints about anything. This was our second time staying here, the first time being 2 years ago. My husband and I stayed at the Flamingo May 11th thru May 16th.
On a positive maybe I got a taste of what Vegas used to be like bullied out of my money. Front desk could not find who upgraded me or when I agreed to it yet insisted I paid or security would be called. I would love to say I'd give them another chance because I have had great trips but after being lied to and embarrassed I don't think i'll be back. Out of all my total reward trips including AC service and housekeeping may have been the poorest here. As a courtesy they took off one fee, the fee they charged us for a room we didnt have thank. We were charged for strip view ,it was not strip view, and front desk insisted we did when they realized they were wrong no apology or fee waived.
At check out there was a $160 fee and they would not remove it saying it was agreed to. Don't expect employees to treat you better if you tip we tipped 50.00 to the front desk and we were promised a room on same floor as friends at no fee additional. Diamond/Platinum check in was very poor, long lines and no additional service.
